The Property is comprised of 38 one and two bedroom units in a five storey building and offers surface parking and amenities including an on-site laundry facility and in-suite storage. The Property is in close proximity to local retail and restaurants, public parks, transit and schools and is located near Orillia’s Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Brian Orser Arena, Casino Rama and Lake Simcoe’s beach waterfront.
The property will be managed by MetCap Living.
