Toronto – October 16, 2017 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a mid-rise apartment building located at 5 Cheviot Place in Etobicoke, Ontario (the “Property”).
The Property is comprised of 40, two and three bedroom townhomes in a two-storey building and offers surface and covered parking as well as additional in-suite amenities including laundry and walk out balconies. The Property is in close proximity to local retail and restaurants along Eglinton Avenue West, public parks, public and Catholic schools, and TTC transit. The Property is near St. George’s Golf and Country Club, and in close proximity to two other local golf courses.
