Toronto — November 8, 2016 - Starlight Investments Ltd. (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of 115 units in a newly constructed multi-residential concrete high-rise building located at 150 Main Street West, in Hamilton, Ontario (the “Property”).
Starlight acquired 115 luxury units in a 10 storey building with surface and underground parking, rooftop courtyard and BBQ area, indoor swimming pool, social room with fireplace and television, yoga room, and state of the art fitness facility.
The Property is located within close proximity to City Hall, the Art Gallery, Chedoke Park & Golf Course, Jackson Square, Lime Ridge Mall, Hamilton Harbour, Royal Botanical Gardens, the Niagara Escarpment, nature trails, hospitals, transit, McMaster University and Mohawk College. The Property will be managed on-site by DMS Property Management.
