Toronto – July 17, 2014 – Starlight Investments Ltd. (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a 200 suite multi-family building located at 295 Dufferin Street in downtown Toronto, Ontario (the “Property”).
The Property is an eight storey mid-rise building located in close proximity to Liberty Village and within walking distance to a wide range of amenities including restaurants, retail stores, local markets, schools and public transportation. The Property also offers convenient streetcar access to Toronto’s downtown core. Features of the Property include spacious on and two bedroom suites, on-site laundry and indoor parking.
The Property will be managed on site by DMS Property Management.
