The acquisition is a mid-rise building located at 9 Kingsbridge Court in Toronto, Ontario (“The Property”). The Property was originally constructed in 1962 and comprises a total of 72 suites, the majority of which are two- bedroom units. Features of the Property include access to the public transit, various nearby parks, amenities, hospitals and shopping centres in addition to affordable laundry facilities, secured entry and parking.
The Property will be managed on-site by Sterling Karamar Property Management.
