The Property is an 18 storey, high-rise, concrete building located on a quiet cul-de sac and within walking distance to a wide range of amenities including parks, restaurants, retail stores and public transportation and is just 20 minutes from York University, Keele Campus. Features of the Property include on-site laundry and surface and single level indoor parking.
The Property will be managed on site by DMS Property Management Ltd.
