The Properties are located in the heart of downtown Hamilton at 150 and 160 Market Street and within walking distance of many of Hamilton’s cultural, sports and shopping complexes such as Copps Coliseum, Hamilton Place and Lloyd D. Jackson Square.
The first property, located at 150 Market Street is a thirteen-storey residential property, encompassing spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments with balconies.
