Toronto – October 4, 2013 – Yesterday evening Starlight Investments Ltd. (“Starlight”), together with the real estate industry, celebrated its 2nd anniversary and toasted Starlight’s accomplishments to date. Over two hundred industry professionals mixed, mingled and enjoyed great food, drink and camaraderie at the Hockey Hall of Fame.
During an address to Starlight’s guests, Daniel Drimmer, Starlight’s Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, highlighted some of the milestones achieved by Starlight since its formation in 2011 including the privatization of TransGlobe Apartment REIT, the creation of True North Apartment REIT and True North Commercial REIT, and the development of Starlight’s U.S. platform resulting in the launch of Starlight U.S. Multi- Family Core Fund. Mr. Drimmer highlighted the accomplishments of Starlight’s 85 real estate professionals who form a team of disciplined visionaries and who have positioned Starlight for future growth.
The formal portion of the evening ended with the premier of Starlight’s corporate video showcasing Starlight’s strengths, vision and accomplishments. Afterward, attendees continued to socialize well into the night.
