50 Tripp Boulevard is comprised of 119 units in a 15 storey, high-rise, concrete building with on-site staff, surface and underground parking, a laundry facility, tenant storage and a fitness centre with sauna. The Property is located in a quiet residential area, with local access to schools, shopping, restaurants, Hanna Park and the Trenton River.
558 Durham Crescent is comprised of 46 units in a 6 storey concrete building with on-site staff, surface parking and laundry facility. The Property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with access to transit. schools, shopping, Pittock Conservation Area and the Thames River.
The Properties will be managed on-site by MetCap Living.
