The property (the “Property”) is a low-rise building located at 443 Superior Street, Victoria, British Columbia. The Property was originally constructed in 1973 and comprises a total of 71 suites, the majority of which are two bedroom units. Features of the Property include nearby parks, amenities and shopping centres in addition to affordable laundry facilities, secured entry and parking.
The Property will be managed on-site by Gateway Property Management Corporation.
