Toronto – October 9, 2014 – Starlight Investments Ltd. (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of 34 suite multi-residential building located at 660 Niagara Street in Victoria, British Columbia (“the Property”)
The Property is a four storey mid-rise building located in James Bay, the oldest waterfront residential neighbourhood in Greater Victoria and within walking distance to a wide range of retail amenities including Victoria’s key attractions, public transportation and convenient access to Victoria’s downtown core. Features of the Property include bachelor, one and two-bedroom suites with on-site laundry and outdoor parking.
The Property will be managed on site by Larlyn Property Management.
