The acuisition is a high-rise building located at 120 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, Ontario (the “Property”). The Property was originally constructed in 1968 and comprises a total of 155 suites, the majority of which are two-bedroom units. Features of the Property include access to public transit, nearby parks, notable schools, and shopping centres in addition to affordable laundry facilities, secured entry and parking.
The Property will be managed on-site by Berkley Property Management.
