Toronto — August 15, 2016 - Starlight Investments Ltd. (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of four multi-residential buildings located at 9, 15, 19 & 23 Craigton Drive, in Toronto, Ontario (the “Properties”). The Properties are in close proximity to 32 Craigton Drive and 40 Craigton Drive which were previously acquired by Starlight.
9 Craigton Drive is comprised of 30 units in a four storey building with surface parking, a laundry facility and tenant storage. 15 Craigton Drive is comprised of 27 units in a three storey building with surface parking, a laundry facility and tenant storage. 19 & 23 Craigton Drive are comprised of 38 and 36 units respectively, in adjacent four storey buildings with parking, a laundry facility, tenant storage and social room. The Properties will be managed on-site by MetCap Living.
The Properties are located within in close proximity to public parks, a shopping plaza, Eglinton Square Mall, Eglinton Town Centre and public transit including the Kennedy subway station and the Kennedy GO Train station.
