The property (the “Property”) is a mid-rise building located at 6515 McLeod Road in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The Property was originally constructed in 2005 and comprises a total of 64 suites, the majority of which are two bedroom units. Features of the Property include access to nearby schools, parks, amenities and shopping centres in addition to affordable laundry facilities, secured entry and parking.
The Property will be managed on-site by MetCap Living.
