Toronto – December 17, 2014 – Starlight Investments Ltd. (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of two concrete mid-rise multi-residential properties totaling 140 units at 4866 and 4900 Bathurst Street in Toronto, Ontario (the “Properties”).
The Properties are situated in the well-established and desirable residential Bathurst Manor with convenient access to nature trails and green space including Clanton Park. The Properties are minutes from Highway 401and are also within walking distance to a wide range of retail amenities as well as hospitals, schools and public transportation. Features of the Properties include one, two and three bedroom units with on-site laundry and indoor and outdoor parking.
The Properties will be managed on site by Sterling Karamar Property Management.
