The Property is a three storey mid-rise building located in a well established and quiet residential Greater Toronto Area neighbourhood, with easy access to nature trails, green space and Earl Bales Park. The Property is also within walking distance to a wide range of retail amenities including local shops, community services, schools, public transportation and minutes to Highway 401. Features of the Property include one and two bedroom suites with on-site laundry and outdoor parking.
The Property will be managed on site by Sterling Karamar Property Management.
