Following two years away from the International Ski Federation (FIS) world cup circuit due to a knee injury, Larisa has returned to training and competing in hopes of becoming a medal contender at the Sochi, Russia Winter Olympic Games in 2014. Ms. Yurkiw is responsible for her own fundraising and logistics associated with reaching her goal. Starlight is honoured to partner with Larisa and help support her in fulfilling a lifelong dream.
