Toronto – November 26, 2018 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce its sponsorship of and participation at the Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada’s “Trees of Joy” initiative, held on November 23, 2018. A team of Starlight employees joined companies from all over Toronto at the Fairmont Royal York to grant the wishes of 24 children and present them with their customized Christmas tree. Each team was provided with a generously donated pre-lit Christmas tree that they decorated based on their Wish Kid’s interests, favourite things and their wish. The decorated trees are delivered to the family’s home to be enjoyed for the holiday season.

The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada is the largest and only all-Canadian wish granting charity dedicated to granting wishes to Canadian children between the ages of 3 and 17 who are diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. For more than 30 years, Children’s Wish has worked tirelessly to grant heartfelt wishes to nearly 25,000 children and their families.
