Toronto – Sept 25, 2020 – On Sept 22, 2020, the Building Owners and Management Association (“BOMA”) Toronto hosted its annual celebration of excellence awards virtually. The Earth Awards recognize and promote environmental stewardship in the building industry. In the BOMA BEST program, Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) was recognized for its efforts and awarded Gold BOMA certification. The BOMA BEST program not only assists members in achieving award and certifications, but also provides a blueprint for making properties more environmentally responsive and energy efficient while reducing operating costs.

In addition to its recognition certificate, Starlight was the proud recipient of an ‘Earth Award’ for its buildings located at 1020 & 1042 Paisley Road in Guelph, Ontario. The Earth Award is presented to the highest scoring BOMA BEST certification in the Multi-Unit Residential Building category. As a winner, Starlight has been invited to enter into the BOMA Canada National Awards.
