Toronto – May 6, 2021 – On May 4th — 6th 2021, the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (“CFAA”) hosted its annual CFAA Rental Housing Awards Program. Each year, members of the CFAA, and its regional apartment associations, honour businesses and individuals who demonstrate excellence in Canada’s rental housing industry. Due to restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s awards were held virtually. Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) was the proud recipient of Renovation of the Year – 1 Chapel Street, Nanamo, BC. Starlight was a finalist for three awards in total: Renovation of the Year — 71 Thorncliffe Park Drive, Toronto, ON; Renovation of the Year — 35 Greenbrae Circuit, Scarborough, ON; Renovation of the Year – 1 Chapel Street, Nanamo, BC.
The Renovation of the Year award recognizes a company who has achieved excellence in the renovation of an existing rental housing building or a building being converted into a rental building. This award is judged on the overall creativity, value for money and functionality of the renovated area or building.
