Each year members of FRPO honour businesses and individuals who are leaders in the residential rental housing industry. The Lobby Renovation Award recognizes projects that have considered the overall design and functionality of a property’s lobby and its relevancy to its residents and guests. Starlight was judged based on the overall interior appeal of the lobby, special and unique design, creative and efficient use of space, and improved functionality of the floor plan. Straight was also the runner up for this award for its property located at 66 Spadina Road in Toronto, Ontario.
