Toronto – May 16th, 2019 – On May 14th, the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (“CFAA”) hosted its annual CFAA Rental Housing Awards Program at the Hyatt Regency in Toronto, Ontario. Each year, members of CFAA, or its regional apartment associations, honour businesses and individuals who demonstrate excellence in Canada’s rental housing industry. Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) was the proud recipient of three Renovation of the Year awards; Building Makeover for 9500 & 9502 Erickson Drive and 9303 & 9304 Salish Court, also known as Lougheed Village in Burnaby, British Columbia; Common Area Renovation for 77 Parkwoods Village Drive in Toronto, Ontario; and Suite Renovation at 30 Clark Avenue in Thornhill, Ontario.
The Renovation of the Year award recognizes a company who has achieved excellence in the renovation of an existing rental housing building or a building being converted into a rental building. This award is judged on the overall creativity, value for money and functionality of the renovated area or building.
