Toronto – December 21, 2017 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a concrete, mid-rise multi-residential building located at 1475 Bloor Street in Mississauga, Ontario (the “Property”).
The Property is comprised of 60 one, two and three bedroom units with balcony access and offers on- site laundry, surface and underground parking, elevator access and a security system. Nearby amenities include grocery stores, local restaurants, a gas station, medical offices and pharmacies. The Property provides access to major highways, public transit and GO transit.
