Ontario – September 26, 2019 – Starlight Investments (“Starlight”) was honoured to welcome Minister Steven Clark of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing on September 24, 2019 at Starlight’s newest purpose-built rental development located at 2465 Hurontario Street in Mississauga, Ontario. During his remarks, Minister Steve Clark announced Ontario’s intention to modernize services which are intended to expedite and simplify the new development process in Ontario (read more about the announcement (here).
The Hurontario project is one of more than 40 development projects currently planned by Starlight and is comprised of below and above grade construction totaling six stories, 62,000 square feet and 80 new apartment residences in the City of Mississauga. The project is expected to be completed in the summer 2020.
